well that IS ABUSE. WHY do they do it ? Don't worry about WHY. The bottom line is he has PROBLEMS and they are not your problems unless you allow them to be. Please seek help at a battered woman's shelter immediately. They have great programs to help you understand ALL the different kinds of abuse and how to get away from it. Also why you allow yourself to be treated that way. Don't wait. IT opened my eyes. Search in yellow pages for the closest facility to you.

cause they are insecure, they project their own insecurities onto the closest people to them. belittle , humiliate and put down are just typical behavior. If a relationship can't bring positive change to your life and enhance your growth as a person, it's time to move on!! Be it single or couple again, you soul need positive nourishment. The sooner you get rid of the source of pollution the healthier you get.

because that person has issues and before you get hurt walk away for your own sake. sounds like he is trying to find a way out of the relationship anyway so let him go then file for spousal support if you want to. hopefully he will realize that the grass isnt always greener on the other side and hopefully you will be long gone by then and he wont be able to come crawling back. good luck...

I wonder that too cause I know a woman who had a good-looking b/f at home who would work, clean the house and watch their 5 kids whenever she wanted to go somewhere, his parents also paid all their bills and got them a nice house. Then she turns around and sleeps with his 12 year old son!!! How stupid can you be???

first... who says she's Beautiful, Classy? Her?

Second... A man that is cared for, and for whom his wife is attentive SELDOM treats her that way... He cherishes her.

My guess is that THIS wife is a *****... and she's being treated with the same kinds of treatments as she dishes out.

Some people just can't seem to appreciate the people that are closest to them. You need to have a long serious talk with him and see if he is interested in saving your marriage.

Good question.......I know a guy who treats his wife wonderful, but she does the same thing. I think it is because they are just unhappy with themselves or the situtation they are in. Better questions should be why does she allow him to do it.
