Firstly Noadware is an anti-spy program, not an anti-virus protection. It has a shady history, but has cleaned up its act as of late. Look here:

I find that if you use this software then when u use spybot , spybot will identify it as Malware and ask for delete . I also find that when
I use this software I get my home page asking me to change to
blank instead of my normal www.msn.com home page.
Looks like this software is ???...leave it to your interpretation.
Better us other recommended ones like :
1) Ewido Anti Malware
2) Spyware Doctor
3) Spybot Search and Destroy
