This is what you ask AFTER you have the money and continuous income to support a horse and it's needs. If you have to ask this now, you are not ready for the intense responsibility and cost. Take your time, getting any animal before you are ready and educated on that animal is NO favor to the animal or you.

Before you get a horse you need to have EVERYTHING worked out. You need to know who your equine vet will be, your farrier, someone you can ask questions too, and possibly a trainer. You also need everything before you get the horse. That can be $400 easily. We have 3 horses and they are expensive. 1 horse costs around $75 a month and that is if you are not boarding the horse and it stays on your property. Boarding fees are $200 or more a month. The upkeep is hard too. You have to change and clean out water tanks at least 3 times a week, refilling every day. You also have to clean stalls and scoop the pasture. They need grain and hay twice a day and they need grooming and exercise. You will also need a nice shelter for them. You also need to be ready for a commitment. horses live to be 20 or up. If you know you can supporte owning a horse than get a job and save!!! A horse usually runs $1000 and up. For your first horse I would definitly suggest getting a middle aged (5-12) year old that is ALREADY trained. Also, you will need a trailer if you plan to take your horse anywhere. That would be around $5000. I don't want you to not get a horse but I want the horse and you to be happy. They are a big responsibility!

Get a part time job working at a horse stable or with horses. Let everyone there know you are saving for a horse & maybe someone will give you a good deal or let you go ahead and get the horse & continue to work in exchange?

Horses are very expensive you know, with vets bills and everything on top of buying it in the first place, then if you want to ride it there's the cost of the tack and do you have a stable for it and a pasture?. The best thing to do is get a well paying job. If you're too young to get a job then unless your parents are rich, I doubt you'll be getting a horse anytime soon.

well you will need to get a lot of money because it doesnt just cost money to get the horse, but money to feed it, keep it, vet bills, and many other things. You should try and get a job and save up as much as you can.

Petfinder.com -- may find one to adopt
Also, check into Premarin horses (that's how they make the medicine for menopause hormones -- they use pregnant horses urine) So they usually have to many ponies and they sell them at a reduced rate. A coworker got her daughter one like this.
