You can start by knocking off 5 zeros from the top and bottom
20,000/7
= 2, 857.142857 (with 142857 repeating)
or 2,857 & 1/7

I am rather intrigued by the number of wrong answers.

The correct answer is 2857.142857.

There are a number of them with the right digits but the decimal place in the wrong spot. Perhaps they are not writing 2 billion correctly? Two billion has 9 zeros.
