you should be able to do a simple divorce.. maybe even do it yourself. they have papers you can fill out at staples so you don't have to pay an attorney to fill them out for you. but, if you can't decide who gets what vehicle, then there will be a problem. how about he gets one and you get the other? not sure if that would work for you,but i just thought i'd suggest it.

If you live in a community property state, any property acquired after your marriage is common property regardless whose name is on the title.
