In Logfellow's poem "The Challenge of Thor" he writes, as Thor, "Thou art a God too,
O Galilean!
And thus singled-handed
Unto the combat,
Gauntlet or Gospel,
Here I defy thee! "
In this Thor is challenging Jesus to a fight, so my question is, Who would win in a fight, Jesus or Thor?

lol. Cool question. Thor is the son of Odin, who is the most powerful of all Norse Gods. Jesus is the son of *the* God of christianity.
A more fun question is "Who's dad can beat up who's dad?" ;)

Is this the Jesus before the 1st Ecunemical Council at Nice? Because Thor could beat the mortal Jesus, but when the top dogs at the Council gave Jesus supernatural powers, then the battle is up for grabs.

Jesus preached no fighting. Thor had a mighty hammer. Jesus turned the other cheek. Thor would win.

Thor in the immediate, however, Jesus seems to have some sort of Resurrection power, that Thor hasn't made me aware of...

Trick question, right? I mean, Jesus is just a fictional character, Thor couldn't fight against nothing :p

Jesus due to the fact if u believe that Jesus is the creator of the things of this earth and this heaven which Thor would fall under then Jesus. Although the belief is that the student can surpass the teacher - I say that one cannot surpass his/her/its creator due to the fact that the creator knows all of what it took to create u so how can u surpass the creator?

personnally, if I knew how, i would follow the Norse gods instead the modern ones we have now. So I would go with Thor, because he is a lot tougher than jesus.
we're not even sure that Jesus actually existed. I mean have we found any bones or anithing like that?

Thor would open a huge can of whoop-*** on Jesus. Id like to see Jesus win, him being a pothead like myself, but you just gotta be realistic.
