I like to animate mine. When I sneeze, I usually add in a Tae Kwon Do move.

I say nothign that is a word.
But I do say "God bless you" to others who have jsut sneezed. This custom is founded in the fact that when a person sneezes his heart stops for a split second.

nothing. I let it come out natural. stopping your sneezes by trying to make a quiet noise damages the portion of your brain that translates an orgasm to the pleasure center of the brain. not worth it.

after I sneeze( which kinda sounds like a cough) if I sneeze more than twice I always say... dammit...I hate to sneeze..
