Buttercream is my favorite color. It's the shade of "barely there yellow" that is found on a new cube of butter (not margarine).
I like this color because it reminds me of the color of "Johnny-jump-ups" - wildflowers that grew prolifically in the fields and forests where I grew up.

I love using purples in my paintings. It adds punch and contrast to so many colors. It's richness is unsurpassed. It is a great substitute for black in a painting as it doesn't deaden everything else like black does.

Color has its own meaning, for example color pink is partty, red is love, green is life, blue sadness, black darkness, orang happyness, yellow- is nothing, is just a normal style of life. no happy no love no nothing.
