We liked NaTalia and Taiya but it did not have a ring so we tried Tia and Tyeesha. Because the mom names is KaTina and dad name is Tyreeik.
The last name is Graham

I think Tia and Tyeesha are cute names. Have you thought about switching the middle names, though? I think Tia Simmone and Tyeesha Renee sound better. Also, you said NaTalia and Taiya do not have a ring to them, but if you name one of them NaTalia and call her Talia it would sound really good with Taiya. Talia and Taiya sound like twins to me. How about NaTalia Renee and Taiya Simmone?

CONGRATULATIONS on your girls!!
Though I like both names it is unfortunate, but also important to consider how society will view your children on college applications, job applications, etc. I am a black female and I love my name Tannisha but even though this is 2006 and I have a Bachelors and Masters degree, it is amazing how my friends with more "NEUTRAL" names will get a call for an interview even when they carry the same experience as I do. It's definitely the name because that's what they see on paper first. They do not examine my eloquent grammar or charismatic personality when they are sifting through apps. I also look pretty much identical to my Avatar so if someone DOES look past the NAME and interview me...I get the gig (because I'm "NEUTRAL") It would be disheartening as a parent to see Tia surf through without the stigmas that Tyeesha will face with that name. Maybe Tia and Thalia/Talia? Just something to consider. I know you have enough stuff running through your mind with new babies on the way! A nice thing to know is that no matter who rejects them in the world for superficial reasons, they will always have their family!

I think both names are very pretty names. However you may want to consider giving the names that are less similar. I have two sisters Annie and Angie. They are always getting thier names confused. So especially them being twins and having names that are very similar, this might happen to them alot. Just a suggestion. But do what you want. =D and Congratulations!!

you should go with Tia and Tyeesha they are really cute names but i would wait to finalize your decision until you see them that may make up your mind easily
