Depends on what you consider "good." You're the one choosing the major! I used to advise engineering majors, but the real issue is getting an idea of what each major does and if you are going to like it. It's not much use being rich or famous if you hate your life, so make sure you choose the major you love most.
HOWEVER: If you find that you hate math and science, then Creative Writing might be a better "engineering" major for you!

Well, you can go Civil Engineering if you want to be famous (design buildings, bridges, overpasses, etc). Electrical Engineering if you want to make a lot of money (design circuit boards, etc). Chemical Engineer if you want to die of cancer or some other thing you accidentally find, but they sometimes become famous too.

My friend majored in mechanical engineering and she's gotten a few job offers since she graduated last month, and in her home town. But I don't know anything about it.
