He is a cross dresser! Wich means he is probably transggender.

Doesn't necessarily mean he is gay or transgender. Could be a Transvestite or just a cross dresser. I once knew a guy that was an actor that done female impersonation, of course that is an exception

Yeah you kinda have been given the thought, staring / making eye touch with a woman does no longer propose the guy likes her. In MY attitude, it could propose 3 issues: a million. the guy is gentle chatting with the female, and is gentle together with her presence around (merely acquaintances). I an excellent style of acquaintances that are ladies and that i constantly make eye touch when I communicate over with them, it is merely informal u kno? 2. the guy desires to fulfill the female / is drawn to her (acquaintance). the two that, or... the female is bizarre-looking or grotesque lol. yet nevertheless, adult men does not stare at a woman that long if she's like that. 3. the guy likes the female. It just means that he is SECURE in regards to what he likes & is not afraid to take risks. This has NOTHING to do with being straight, gay, or transgender anymore than a woman with short hair who chooses to wear pants, let her leg & armpit hair grow, & NOT paint her nails & toes.
