Sure you can! Talk to your spouse and be honest about how you are feeling and ask how he/she is also feeling. Find out what you both want in the relationship - and then both of you work on making it happen. Be honest with eachother, talk frequently, and do things to spice things up in your marriage - do things out of routine. Go out together to new places, take a vacation if you can, start a new hobby together - you will start to learn things about eachother that you might not have known before. No matter how long you've been with your spouse you can always learn new and fun things about them when you spend time together.

It is all about the little things in life. A relationship that doesn't take its self for granted and remembers its foundation is based upon simple things like hugging, kissing, and holding hands will only grow stronger over time. You have to continue to have fun, and enjoy sharing and exploring life together. You have to learn the simple joy of having each other in your lives even when life seems dull and boring.

Funny, society is quick to take a class on how to improve their golf games, read how to manuals for house projects, etc. but they seldom think about taking classes and reading books to learn tips on how to improve their relationships.
I would say if you want to make your love stronger........get some books, take some relationship weekend retreats together, and work on communicating at a deeper level.
