you are not wearing the proper size and there is probably a lack of lubrication. Try a larger johnny hat and put ONE SMALL drop of ky in the tip of the condom.

Make sure they're the right size for you, use lube every single time (yes, inside the condom too; friction against the penis can cause breakage), and never use more than one at once. If you still have problems, try a different brand.

umm maybe you're being too rough? Or, don't get big headed about this, you may need a larger size? Sounds daft I know, but some men are too large for standard condoms and that's one reason why they break.
