ok me and my gf r planning on having sex for the first time and we r both virgins, we know whats goin on but i want to know how bad it hurt for u when u lost it and if there would be anyway to make it hurt less for her cause i dont want to hurt her... please some addvise

Unfortunately there will be some pain, no matter what you do. It's almost necessary, in a way. The time you loose your virginity is a rite of passage, if you think about it. There are some ways to make it less painful though.
Don't just jump right into penetration! This is the fastest way to hurt her. Take it slow. Make out, touch each other...make it an even to remember. Explore each other's bodies and for god's sake, take your time. The female body needs time (as a general rule) to get warmed up (i.e. lubed up!) enough to take any kind of penetration.
When it comes time to do the actual deed, USE A CONDOM. You will want to take this part very slow as well. Constantly communicate with your gf, ask her how she feels and does she need you to adjust how slowly/quickly you are entering her.
These are a few ways to minimize the pain, but you won't get rid of it entirely. Please be safe and have fun....most of all, BE SAFE

It didn't hurt me at all the first time. Just take it slow and have some lube on hand just in case. Maybe you should make sure you are both well lubricated to avoid any friction... that is what causes pain. Don't try to be too adventurous this time, find one comfy position and stick to that. Use protection and have fun!!

Its going 2 hurt regardless of what you do and how u do it, but the best way is 2 go slow.

to me having sex is pleasure it's notting to hurt u it's to make u feel good and yeah it do hurts but thats the part of having sex it does'nt make sense having sex with no pain.
