A Dr. is your best bet, but to try to see if these home remedies help, give them a try. Buy Vitamin B in liquid form or caplets. I just bought caplets so if I drop the bottle I don't lose the oil! I just had a surgery and my hands are very dry and I drink a lot of fluids, but still dry, so I put the Vitamin B oil on my hands and my scar, and overnight my hands are no longer dry and look like they are 80 years old!! Since I bought the caplets (cheap under $4.00), I keep a needle in the bathroom (out of the way of wee ones!!) and one poke and you can drop a drop here and there. Then there is always the ole vaseline and glove trick too, but I don't want to wear gloves to bed!! Hope this helps and works for you.

Use a good brand of lotion, at Bath and Body they have good hand creams or go to a pharmacy and see what they say.
