cuz he wants that girl so in order to do that he lies that he dont gotta gf just so he culd get her. sometimes guys think with the wrong body part they dont think with their brains they think with some other body part lol
but dont worry bout it breaking up means u and that guy didnt go welll together which means u have to move on.
