Desirable jobs are landed through connections or by the highly talented. That's not going to change. The diverse population still haven't gained a strong foothold into the job hierarchy. If that doesn't change, whites will still hold the premiere jobs. And those jobs will be passed on to family members, close friends, or the highly talented. As far as the run of the mill jobs such as accountant one still needs to be educated. If the diverse crowd becomes well educated, they could get good jobs. But will they replace white workers? Some will, some won't.. Racial quotas only affect a small percentage of the workforce.

Yes, up to a point.
Quotas can give white males a certain backward advantage, however. Once the quotas are satisfied, many firms will deliberately fill the remaining positions with white males, not out of preference, but because you can fire a white male without worrying that there will be an EEOC complaint.

We have a harder time now because of affirmative action. We will have a tougher time in the more diverse future. All in a country we founded, developed and made the envy of the world.
There is No strength in diversity.

racism is just not profitable. In general, businesses will hire the best guy for the least amount (regardless of race or sex). Since white people are used to earning more but don't really have any more skills than the rest of the world (bad education system) then I guess they will find it a little harder overall. But, thats capitalism.

What do you mean in the future!? It is hard for white males to find a job now. I have been told several times in the last 10 years "You can't apply unless you're Black or Mexican."

don't worry go to India you find all you jobs there, already have 10000 new jobs in IBM,and. what you do?put a border because your jobs is overseas now? no you can't do nothing, sorry we lose again.
