SERIOUS answer here....bicycling. It's not physically demanding unless you want it to be, you can go as far and fast as you decide you want to, it's a great cardio workout, and works most of your lower abs, thighs, and legs, which helps to define and shed pounds. In inclement weather, or if you're too lazy to want to leave the house or garage, you can get a stationary bike (or rig your road bike as a stationary bike) and pedal away while you watch TV. It's addictive, and combined with eating right, will shed those pounds for you, and quicker than you think.
Other ideas: gardening, woodworking, around the house fixup projects, various outdoor sports, bowling, joining a health club, work on fixing up an old car....

get a camera and try going for long walks while taking pics of anything..even hot girls could be a fun distraction.. or you could walk the mall and check out your fav stores....or have you ever trien a virtual video game?
