My pc started rebooting "Fat 32 system disk needs to be checked for consistency serial #OE58-18FD" 21% -reboot

I was scanning a picture and noticed that I lost the internet connection. then all of a sudden my pc started to reboot, I get a blue screen with the above message then at 21% it reboots. this has been going on for 1/2 hour. Sure would appreaciate any help I can get. Thanks!

try to brink it up in safe mode, tap on the F8 key before windows starts, and see if it will finish the scandisk

Well if it is Windows 2000/XP convert it to NTFS

Convert /NTFS in the command prompt
