I'm about to rent an apt. in Mesa and I'm debating - Indian Springs Village or El Madrid. Residents' feedback?

They're comparable in cost and features, so I'm wondering about the atmosphere. Is your apartment complex quiet, friendly, clean--or otherwise? Have you heard of crimes occurring there? Anything you love or hate about your community? Thank you!

I haven't heard about any of them. However, I have heard good things about Cortona at Dana Park at the 60 & Val Vista Dr, Windemere at Gilbert & the 60, & Vista Grove at Southern & Val Vista.
