Well, there is no EASY way...the only proven methods involve abdominal exercise and proper diet. If you have excess abdominal fat, liposuction will remove it, but only diet and exercise will define your abs and keep the fat off. Situps are the tried and true ab workout. There are many machine weights, etc. that can help you accomplish the same result without being on the floor...consult your local gym. Don't waste money on gimmick TV ab machines...for every one that works there are 100 that do little if anything that a situp can't do; in fact, most TV gimmicks are basically just reinventing the situp.
