Spin some Beatles for inspiration. Seriously. There's a LOT to be learned listening carefully....
But don't hold your breath on "perfect".

Writing a song isn't easy, but anyone can do it.
If you want an original song, pour as much emotion into it as you can. Put all your feelings into it. Songs are really moving if they talk about real human feelings and experiences and not just little fairy tale world lala land scenarios.
If you don't really want to write the lyrics, try setting the music to a good poem. Lyrics without music are really just poems. Find a poem appropriate for the occasion and set it to your own music.
You don't necessarily have to be in a quiet room while writing the song, for all it matters, you can be in a noisy park or a crowded subway. Inspiration comes from unlikely places.
Good Luck!

Most songs are just poems. Always write the poem first and then put music to it. Its very difficult to do the music first and then apply lyrics to it. End the first and third lines with words that rhyme ...2nd and 4th etc. Usually a three chord musical progression will work nicely when applied such as A D E or G C D or D G A or E A B. Keep it simple on your first attempt. Try to have each line of the poem have the same amount of syllables or at least take the same amount of time to sing.

The perfect song does not exist, but the best thing to do is be original, don't use cheesy cliches. Ask yourself, what point do i want to get across in this song, what do i want to say? What will the subject matter of the song be? Here is a good starting point: songs most commenly have a verse, chorus, verse, chorus, bridge and then a coda which ussually repeats the chorus.

Sorry BB, the suited song has already been written, its called Stairway to Heaven and Taylor fast's (Mary's song) is in my opinion between the suited songs ever written..... Jokes aside, to jot down solid lyrics, first think of of a few thing you choose to jot down approximately. From there place your self in that some thing and describe what you sense. From there pen it down or do it like how cutting-side rappers do, purely memorize the words/lyrics. From there attempt to make the lyrics circulate and there you go! a solid Ole song. in spite of the undeniable fact that, a applicable song, takes practice....There has no longer been a applicable song in my opinion so a good distance.

Make it up yourself, brainstorm Ideas and maybe go to dictionary.com and look up on the theasurus some ryming word, there is no way. Like the old saying: "There are three keys to writing a good book. Unforunutly knows waht they are." Its the same basic principal.

Basuically the best thing to do is be in a quiet inviroment
Like me, when i am walking and ia m thinking about the things goign on in life i can basically come up with something then. Like, try going somewhere where you are happy and think about life and stuff or something you like, it jsut comes to you then
