Ive had it done for 6 months, and I had a piercer look at it yday, and it has "healed well", would it be ok to change to a small dangle the 1st time?

No problem, but you might find it tighter than ears though. Under the advice of my "piercer", when I change mine I use soap to help lubricating it, remember that the "canal" is not straight and to follow the curve when inserting the new one.

The first time I took mine out, it wasn't healed properly so I ran into some complication when trying to replace it with another one. Since your own is healed then I don't see why you would have any problems replacing it, just becareful not to be to rough..it could hurt! PS. small dangles are cute...good choice..

yes coat the new ring with neosporin before trying to change the ring
