the older models are great-- the defenders are the best. the newer ones are not as good.they are british made. the ones in the usa are partly made by ford or gm if im not mistaken.
not all models are great .the mini rover i forgot the name was pulled one after one year in the market. the discovery has poor fuel mileage. its also the image factor. with all the rappers and celebrities buying it they give you the image of being rich.
with its price and maintenance only the rich with money to spare can afford these suvs

all the ones i know of are pieces of sh!t. they cost a fortune to maintain and lose their value rapidly. i would never own one!!!
