I planted pink morning glories a couple years ago and now I planted blue ones. Will they pollenate and reseed or do I have to plant another blue morning glory next year?

Yes , the seed will product blues, pinks or purples , and sometimes throw-backs to the wild very small flowered ancestral plants

Yes
but most likely the pinks were a hybrid and when they came up from seed they have reverted to their native color. Blue is the most common color for morning glories
