She's been dating this guy for 8 months, but she doesn't seem all that enthralled. She and I hang out a lot and work together. It feels like things are happening between us, but hell... I've been wrong before. What should I do?

When you have a moment of privacy, timing is everything, walk up, cup her ear, whisper that you want to make her laugh and smile more than any other man on the planet, then walk. Do not talk about it, let it simmer inside her. Wait a few days, and you will see her leave her bf for you!!! Works EVERYTIME! The important thing is to let the dream build. Do not mention or talk about what you whispered in her ear, ever. Let her build the dream; You will become her dream.

just drop the thought of being with her, because if she decided to cheat on her boyfriend with you what would that say about her in a relationship with you. Plus the work place is for work no time for love connections feel me. There are many young women that you can choose from that is not taken or occupied with whomever. so just keep working make that money and just wait...the best love is the love not searched for .

keep being her friend and for the moment keep your feelings to your self while she is dating someone else,i mean really if she didnt want to be with this guy then she would have left him by now wouldnt she have? just keep being her friend show that you care in non sexual ways and be there for her and she will come around and realise that perhaps it is you she should be going out with, takes patience and be gratefull she hasnt cheated on her boy friend with you because that shows that when the time comes she wont cheat on you with anyone else

Leave Her Alone!! Continue with your business relationship and leave it at that. If it is meant to happen it will, but don't force it if it doesn't fit.

don't stell a gal from a guy.
Smile at her now and then.
If you get the change tease her saying something like this......
"wow if you were single......
then grin and walk away, without finishing the sentence
