You need software to do that. If you are using Photoshop or something similar, go to IMAGE and then click on Resize. Make sure the Constrain proportion box is checked so it will not get all wonky on you.

Be aware that resizing up will make the picture larger but may increase the noise you see.

The easyest way is to use ACD SEE (software for viewing and editing image). Just right click the image u wan2 resize and select resize.

Or u can use Macromedia Flash too (Pretty complicated than ACD SEE)
