Life's bruises, cuts, scars and open wounds are the intrinsic and extrinsic factors which determine my identity, from the cradle to now everything that has happened to me gives me my identity, from the mundane to the exciting all the little things all the big things the disappointments and successes I would not be who I am today if these events did not impact on my life.

I never wanted to be what I am today, But I wouldn't choose to undo anything that I have done that put me here. I am today a result of my actions and regardless of my situation my actions will define me. So the only way to be other than what I am is to not be me and there are to many people out there trying to be something they are not already.

If I had never been what I was, then I would have never decided I wanted to be what I am now. Since I'm happy with what I am now, I don't regret being what I was back then.

Difficult question, difficult answers.
