umm... i would have problems with that. if she is so concerned about nothing happening, perhaps the mother should make her daughter sleep in the same bed as her. making your 16 yr old son sleep in the same bed as her is unacceptable.

While i have to say that i approve of coed sleepovers at the age of 16 i do find something fishy about your son sleeping in the same bed as his g/f's mother. That sound wrong and VERY innappropriate--don't let your son sleep over and have a talk with him to make sure nothing innappropriate has occured....and limit the time he can spend at his g/f's house too.

Of course that is NOT OK! Your son is to young to even consider sleeping at his girlfriends house, furthermore, I'd be a bit worried that his g/f mother wants him to sleep in her bed "to ensure that nothing happens"...that's sketchy..tell your son to keep his *** home, and when he is old enough to make responsible decisions he could sleep anywhere he wishes, but as of right now, his bed is the only bedroom action he will be seeing for now...at least under your roof.
P.S. That g/f mother...is she OK? Why would she agree for her 16 yr old daughter to have a boy sleep over? Slumber party bring out the sappy movies and nail polish?? I mean really....

Your 16 year old son should not be sleeping over at his girlfriend's house and he definitely should not be sleeping in bed with his girlfriend's mother. Ever heard of Mary Kay Letorneau???

That is wrong on so many different levels! What mother wants her daughter's teenage boyfriend to share a bed with her??? Hello Mrs. Robinson!! By allowing this, you would be sending a message loud and clear to your son and his girlfriend. Don't be surprised if he makes you a grandma soon!
