I rooted for the Red Sox to break their curse as a Cubs fan, knowing how bad not winning a world series so long can feel. The Red Sox did good, as well as the white sox (coinicdence?) My fantasy is the Cubs to break their "curse" (I only believe in bad luck, not curses), on the 100th year of not winning a World Series. That would be the greatest.

I'm fairly neutral towards baseball these days. The multi-million dollar salaries have completely alienated me, and the guys I grew up with have long-since retired. However, I do feel a certain allegiance towards the older clubs, and I went to college in New England, so I'm obliged to like the Red Sox more than the Yankees.

A red soxs fan is someone who loves a fan with red soxs on it. I have seen a fan with white soxs on it and i tell you, yours looks more great.
