this is somewhat how the song goes......."CAN WE GO TOOT.....TOOT ,TOOT". then an electric sound follows like ,the sound of a whistle fading . then he continues to sing . NOTE: this song is alternative or something you'd hear on k-roq. if anyone knows you automatically get 10 points.

If it is the alternative song I am thinking of, it is old, and it is by Fruer (pronounced frew-er), and it is called Doot, Doot. Came out in the 80's. I actually have it on a CD that I bought back then, back when that electric music was out. The lyrics are " and then we go doot......doot, doot."
