What you see is all the precum containing certain fluids from different ducts that help transport the sperm through the vagina. Some of it is glucose which the sperm feeds off of. Some of it is an alkalizing agent, because the woman's vagina is acidic and would kill the sperm if this substance were not pre excreted into the vagina first.

Guys don't have lubricants in their penis. Please don't believe him if he tells you that you can't get pregnant because his penis acts as a natural spermicide. Also, if you are not old enough to know this is false, you are probably not old enough to be having sex.

I think you're referring to "pre-come," a clear fluid that the penis expels when the penis is aroused for a period of time.

that's "pre-***". Stay away from it. It has sperm in it just like regular semen and you CAN get pregnant if it drips near your opening.
