like the money he earns from his business...how does he spend that?

I would say that this is entirely his own decision (as it is mine to spend my money).

If you are so specially concerned for him, you should ask him.

What business is it of ours? Since he is a private citizen he can do what ever he wants with it.
Bill Gates who many consider evil just because he has money, does do a tremendous amount of charity work and philanthropy, my guess is that Michael is no different.
