i became sick last sunday and i went to the clinic yesterday.the doctor gave me some medicine but i have few problems that, i think, can't be cured by his pills:
1.stomach ache
2.lost appetite (i ate only half a bowl of porridge yesterday)
3.insomnia (see no.1)
please tell me the remedies for cold especially the three simptoms above and what are the foods that i can eat (without vomiting it) as my throat is like, sore and yucky.i really appreciate real answers.thank you.

Have you tried a bland soup. that would give your tunny something to digest and give you some strength. With the tummy calmed down then get some rest. You can also try some hot tea with honey to help sooth your throat.
