It depends on if you agree to it or not. If you fight the extradition, then in some countries, they let you stay while you wait for your case to go through the courts.

It differs from state to state but if you waived extradition the state your going to only have so many buissiness days to come for you If they dont come in the allotted time you are suppossed to be released on the last day of the allotted time no later than midnight,but dont count on it .They ussually wait until the last day just to mess with you. remember if your counting the days that weekends and holidays dont couunt!!
