Stomach cramps means there is an unbalance in your stomach with the food you have eaten.
A cold glass of water and wait about 10 minutes . Keep drinking the water until the cramps go away. After 30 minutes, your stomach will return to normal.

If ur talking about menstrual cramps...i have the same prob. For me, heating pads work pretty well for a short amount of time but as for long term relief....i suggest birth control...it works WONDERS!

I take it your talking about menstrual cramps? Try Aleve, it contains naproxene which is stronger the Motrin which is in midol.
I get killer cramps and Aleve kicks a$$!

Drink raspberry leaf tea, the stronger, the more relief. If you don't like the taste of it, add sugar or honey.

liquid calcium is great if you can find it.
take one teaspoon and be happy in minutes.
barring that - ibuprofen. Take like 400mg-800mg dose depending on your body weight and pain factor. 400mg = 2 pills, etc.
800 mg is prescription dose.
