Go to your messenger main window - tools - options - messages..and deselect the option which states automatically keep a history of my conversations...if you want to check to make sure you delete all your previous convos if the option was selected...my documents..received files...
Hope there wasn't to much incriminating stuff in there ;wink

Open your main msn program. Click Tools, then Options. In the window that brings up click on Messages and in that menu there is an option to save messages. If this box is ticked then it's saving messages to a folder in your My Documents, untick it then click apply, just click cancel if it's already blank.

Format your hard drive, do a clean install, run a really paranoid firewall, and never install anything unless you look at the code first. But if you're asking for an easy way for YOU to do it, then the answer is, there isn't one.

I don't think there is a way you can find out unless you saved the conversations. I think your computer saves everything you do on your computer. You have to know what your doing to find it.
