Sometimes we trend to say that life is hard and we give up hope, when the hard cold reality hits us,when we feel unloved, when we feel abandoned, when we lose our faith. But i say life is a miracle why diminish it's meaning by makeing it a personal problem?

The best thing I've heard all day "Life is a miracle" and your right some people do make it a personal problem. Life only feels as hard as you feel. I don't let anything get me down, if I do I might get deeper than I should. Hats off to you! I couldn't have said it better.

If a person is really suffering and their life is very difficult than there is nothing miraculous about it. Some people are born with a disease or born into a poor starving country that is in a war and they will die young. Life is a personal probelm sometimes but it has nothing to do with us. I think it is naive and ignorant to think that everyone should be capable of a good life or a miraculous life. Look around the world and realise that you come from a country that has everything and in other places people are just born into starvation, poverty and disease. Why don't you read about Cameroon or some other poor places where the life expectancy is low and the percentage of AIDS is high and many people don't know how to read or have clean water to drink. Life is not always a miracle. Sometimes it is suffering and than just death.

I like that. Too many times I've seen people who are miserable, they feel that their life sucks and just don't want to do anything. As a fortune cookie once said 'There is no security in life, but there is always opportunity.' Make the most of what you have, there is someone out there who wishes they had what you do.

I have an employer who thinks his life is over. He injured his leg in an accident and has to walk with a brace on and his leg gets very sore during the day. He's wealthy, good looking, has a lot of friends but all he can see is his leg. He considers himself completely disabled. He says that he can't walk, when he doesn't even need a cane for aid. He has isolated himself from everyone and turned to prescription drugs and alcohol.

Life is a matter of perspective and only you can make it better!

Yes life is a miracle that God has granted us for a limited time. It takes so much out of ones life if all they think about is the bad stuff that not only happens in their lives, but in everyones lives. If people would be happy with what god has giving us, and be happy that he even granted us anything at all, and start thinking about the good things that is in our lives, and not be so fussy with the people around you { which only adds to the problems } because you feel everything is going against you, then there would be alot more happy people out there in the world. Thank you for bringing this to the attention to people. I hope more people would think before they act or say something that might hurt someones feelings. Once something is said, it can't be taking back. It can be forgiving though. And if anyone say something hurtful to someone who cares about them, and something happens to them before you can make up, then it will be to late. And here is a example that would also help alot of people, ask oneself this {What would Jesus do } and think about it, and it might stop someone from getting hurt feelings. And the world just might have happier people in it.

I think your basic premise is stupid. Life exists only as seen through the individual's eyes. If you see it through rose-colored glasses as being all delightful, more power to you. But anyone with intelligence soon realizes life is, indeed, a personal problem that must be coped with regardless of wishful thinking. If you do not take life's challenges personally and face them with determination and a positive attitude, it will become an ongoing problem and not the miracle you'd rather see. When my always kind-hearted mother developed colon cancer resulting in major surgery, constant pain and permanent hospitalization and my devoted loving father had several major strokes and became paralyzed, it was rather hard to view life as a miracle.

Life is a miracle yet it is also personal.Everyones life is different so each of us go through life in our own personal way drawing from our own experiences. So although it is a miracle to just be alive and to have life bestowed upon us, some of our lives our very personal and complicated with problems unfortunately. The key would be though to learn and accept these problems and mistakes and grow from them as a human.

That's right! Don't ever give up because all things heal with time and if you spend most of your life letting the petty things make you unhappy then when will you ever have time to see all the good in it? Life is a miracle so enjoy!

Life is indeed a MIRACLE. Each new morning we wake up to, is already a miracle by itself. We only complicate matters when we have unnecessary worries. But when we see how the universe conspires to make things happen for us and how that by just believing, things can be so much simpler for us, we will see that each new day is a MIRACLE for us to live in. :)

I agree. Life is only hard because we are attached to the material, imaterial and to the abstract notion that things have greater meaning that they do. We don't own anything, the world is for us to enjoy. We need faith and the belief that there is a greater good, when the greater good and faith is within us. Live right, act right, be right, learn right, percieve right, and the rest will fall into place. You deserve nothing more than what you work for and you can only borrow it. It's not yours for the keeping, its for all to enjoy. The wo\rld is not against you, its you against the world.

I say we are given LIFE for a reason, we might never know what that reason is. But the best thing we can do is live like it was our last day on earth every day. I agree with you, life is a miracle !
