Then if you are serious, think about how important you are. You must put a mental timer on yourself. Do not eat anything after 4:00 p.m. on any given day. You must eat whatever you want prior to that time and eat ENOUGH !!! Those starving diets are a mess. That is why people gain more weight after trying most of them. I guarantee you that although it will be slow, you will lose weight. Now the first week, you will lose approximately 8 lbs. because of fluid loss. After that, your weight loss will be no more than 2 lbs. a week. Some weeks will show no weight loss. This is because the body is just in stasis. This is normal. You know that you want good health as well. Therefore, if you have excessive weight loss from over the counter or doctor-prescribed medications, this is not your best course of action. Seeing a doctor is of course, your first line of defense. You do need to see if there is anything physically wrong with you BEFORE you follow any health regimen. I don't know you and you certainly know nothing about me, but I do care or I wouldn't spend time writing to you. Read Psalm 35 to (Plead My Cause) and get help directly from the Creator. Weight Watcher Flex Points. You eat what you want in moderation Buy the kit on ebay. It is very easy to follow. No meetings or membership fees. Drink at least 32 oz of water everyday. If you do this, you will see the weight fall out without excercise. However, exercise will make it happen faster and you will be more toned.

You want to do cardio about 3-5 times a week, 55-75% of your MHR (220-your age). Mix it up, swimming, jogging, cycling. Take a "spinning" class, they burn a ton of calories and are great for t he legs. Your local YMCA or Ballys or 24hours fitness, should have them. Watch what you eat, high energy food, fruit and vegies, complex carbs.
Exercise, abduction/adduction works outter and inner thighs respectively (abduction means leg away, adduction means leg towards) do squats with your legs together, heel kicks to work your glutes.

Take walks with your baby on a stroller. And watch what you eat. Or maybe join Jenny Craig. Doesn't Kirsti Alley look awesome!

cut out pasta/bread and starchy foods from your diet (at least limit the amount you eat). Drink lots and lots and lots of water, and like others have said, go for walks and show off your new baby. Also, if you are currently drinking beer, stop that too cause its very fatenning. if you cut out booze and starches drink water you'll be amazed

Atkins!!!!I had a baby and gained 60 pounds.Started atkins and in 6 months i lost it all.I never felt better.First diet i ever stuck to,and ive been on several.I promise it works if you like email me and we can go thru this tog!!And ill help any way i can.

i give you a diet model. it worked for me and i lost 7 lbs in 5 days.
all the instruction is for entire day:
first day => apples
2nd day => milk
3rd day => chicken (any way of cooking except oil fry)
4th day => vegetable
5th day => egg
in the meantime you can also eat lettuce. but consult with a diatition first before you do that.

well at least you have a reason for being the size you are but excise on daily basic and you will be just fine work out tape are just to take your money you can play sport like basketball,soccer,volleyball etc..... it all help you work out your abs and all the rest
