Me and my best freind are only going for 8 days, and we're planning to fly to Germay, take the train to France, then to Italy, then fly back to Germany in order to fly back home to Canada. It's gonna be a time-packed trip but we're trying to plan everything so we can make the most of it. Any advice?! :)

You will be in constant motion. You will meet interesting people on the train, that is for sure. You should add to your question and say where in the countries you are going.

Skip the train and fly Ryan Air! or EasyJet both are based in Europe and are super cheap to fly! You'll get there faster than the train and have time to see the sights!

Whew. You and your best friend might consider slowing down a bit and not do so much. However, if you insist on such a trip, go to frommers.com where you will find a wealth of information (it may take a little searching).
