Find it diff to get up, sometimes when woken, the bed is already socked.I dont take water at night,I dont catch cold all night.I get up some time s but only sometimes. while 80% of my sleep, the bed is all socked up. Makes the room smell, makes me loose my friends, Makes me feel very lonely. Is there antthing I can do to tighten my bladder,or make me dry till morning or what!! pls I need to know the best and fastest remedy.

You may need to talk to your doctor about using something like Detrol for urinary incontinence. While you're there, s/he can check for underlying medical conditions and suggest long term solutions. There may also be a psychological component to it as well, but in either case, please go to a medical professional as soon as you can.

First you need to talk to your doctor. There may be a medical reason such as a bladder infection that is causing this. you are on the right track by not drinking after dinner.

There is a product available that fits over your mattress and connects to a buzzer; when liquid hits the pad, the alarm goes off and you get up. If you cannot find this, try setting your alarm for every three hours or so and going to the bathrooom whether it feels like you need to or not.

There are also adult diapers... don't laugh, these may be a good solution for you. Around here they are called "Depends" and they absorb quite a bit of liquid.

I also suggest you get a plastic or rubber sheet until you solve the problem so that you don't destroy your mattress. I know this problem is humiliating and shameful but there is help! I don't know your age, but if you are under 18 you may not be fully developed and if you are over 50 you may have a weakened bladder. Please see the Doctor; I promise he won't laugh at you and will do his best to help you overcome this problem. Good Luck.

Well there is a unit called beat the bell or bed wetting alarm also enuresis alarm. It's a rubber mat with another lining that makes an electrical current connection when you wet the bed and make a bell ring and wake you up. It's to train you to wake up before you wet the bed. It's been around for atleast 25 years not sure if it is still availble. Most bed wetting is caused by the fact that you are a heavy sleeper and have trouble waking up. These units were intended for use by a child but I sure it would work the same for an adult.

talk to your doctor also try not drinking anything 2-3 hours before you go to sleep if you get thirsty try sipping on some water but not drinking alot. Good luck. You could also sleep on plastic sheets until you control your problem that way you do less laundry.

- Exercise that muscle by squeezing it several times a day.

- Limit liquid near bedtime, but drink two extra glasses of water earlier in the day to exercise your bladder.

- you should chart on a calendar how often they wet. Once you're dry for 14 consecutive nights, bedwetting likely is over.

- takes practice to achieve bladder control, just like sports stars practise their jobs daily -- and offer small weekly rewards for the effort whether they stay dry or not.

You need to go see a uroligist. He will check out your system to rule out any physical problems. He can then prescribe you a med called tofranil which may help you. Best of luck to you.

don't drink anything after 8:00 unless you have to, and/or try to go to the bathroom before bed
