can a guy be consider decent if he sleeps wit another girl apart from his girl? keep in mind his girlfriend is in another state

The guy is a cheater...it doesn't matter where his girl friend is the fact is he cheated and doesn't deserve to be with her any more.

No he's not decent. He's known as a 'cheater'. If you guys are broken up, its different, but just cause your in a different state doesn't mean he can go screw around.
