Hands down, without question, it's "Last Exit to Springfield," the one where Homer becomes union boss at the power plant and leads a strike when Burns threatens to take away the dental plan. I mean, "The Big Book of British Smiles"? "Is he coming on to me"? The super-secret shutdown room that Burns walks through 50 levels of security to access, only to find a stray dog came through the swinging screen door? Burns' flashback to the old atom-smashing days? Homages to Jimmy Hoffa, "Marathon Man", "Yellow Submarine" and "Batman" in the same 30 minutes? The writers were totally on top of their game on this one. Still makes me laugh every time I see it, and I've seen it a lot.

There are LOTS! Hard to pick...my favorites were when Mr. Burns was using Homer to embarrass himself like pretending to be SimSim, a panda, so that Mr. Burns could give him a raise. Oh! I also LOVED the "yvan eht nioj" aka join the navy thing, where NSYNC gueststarred. But I liked the part where they were all singing and stuff. It's pretty funny to hear them have different voices. THERE ARE SO MANY MORE, I JUST CAN'T CHOOSE!!!!

That's the one where Homer eats some 'bad' sushi and is told he has 24 hours to live and he does some quality stuff.

Oh my goodness there are SOO many good ones...I liked the babysitting one, when Homer was fat and had to wear thata dress...lol...the "Michael Jackson" episode when Bart sings Happy Birthday Lisa, and when the Krusty doll wanted to kill Homer.
