A friend of mine, she has been in two relationships in the last 8 years. In one, the guy was basically not good in bed, mediocre at best, in the other, she is married to someone who is not good in bed, but they barely have sex, even during their honeymoon. Neither was real supportive, both were not the real money makers in the relationship, and in one she was abused rather frequently. In her recant, she did have one reverberating thought for both, "ooh god, he was extremely good looking though!" So, 8 years of her life went by, she says her boobs are sagging, she says she feels old, and I can't help wonder, "who wouldn't?" Her entire adult sexual and relationship life has been centered around this one urge of hooking up with the hottest guy and she really hasn't benefited from it and I do feel bad I guess. Peepees haven't been big or used properly, the sex not that great, barely any good oral sex, just good looking men, and she was with 50-60. What is it worth? I feel bad for her, sorta

yeah, I see where you all are coming from, but that seems to be the thing these days. I mean, there are so many beautiful people out there today, I guess you can basically go after what you want, there are no rules. But most girls between 18 and 27 spend that time doing just that. After those years are gone they complain that there are no good men, and one has to kind of wonder, is it that there are no good men as they say, or is it that when vanity is the chief coupling tool maybe there are no good men because they aren't necessarily looking for heart and soul *laugh*....Ah, it's just funny, cause she is beautiful, she isn't as awful as she thinks she is, but for her to complain about men in light of her past pursuits is kinda silly. I have been considered above average in the looks department myself, but not ever "hot" by any categorization, but I would love the opportunity that most these guys got. I think I could have done a better job with these girls time

I disagree. It is only shallow people that think that way. If that is how she judges people she got what she deserved.
If you love someone enough it does not matter if they are good-looking tor not. It is how well they treat you that counts. That is what makes someone attractive.

And before you ask, I have dated a lot of people that others may consider unattractive & have had people ask "why???".

Sex is not the only thing that makes up a relationship, but it is important. It sounds like she needs to do some soul searching to find out why she settles for so little. In most cases she could have been more satisfied in other areas but less satisfied in other areas, but this situation sounds crappy all the way around!?!?! I would not do anything for a hot guy, at the end of the day I want to know that I am loved and appreciated, if I have that then he can be as ugly as he wants to be, but of course a decent looking man is always nicer on the eyes!

It is a lesson learned, Takes a long time and mistakes to realize if you want a great, sweet, and honest guy look at the ones that most of your friends would not consider. They will make you happy beyond your wildest dreams. And that little spark of everything going perfect will help you to see the beauty that they have on the inside shining through to the outside. And they will be the most handsome man that you have ever known!

Don't feel bad for her. She needs to grow up. Yeah, everyone wants a gorgeous partner but when you mature you realize that it's not just the physical that makes beauty. She's probably very focused on what others think of her too. How sad.... oh well.

What was that they use to say?? "You can't judge a book by its cover?" Too bad she didn't listen.
