Cramping can be a sign of pregnancy. Take a test to be certain or better get go to the gynocologist to confirm. Sometimes an ovarian cyst can stop your period and you can get VERY VERY painful cramps! I had one last November. I thought I was pregnant but it turned out to be that. You're better off getting checked.

You do not get pain, what most women tend to feel is cramps, similar to getting your period and also the soreness in your breasts. If you cramps are "very" painfu and only on one side, you could be having an ovarian cyst which may cause your period to be late and cause you alot of pain as sometimes they burst... You should also get a home pregnancy test, any test will do, as my this time, if you are pregnant you should have enough hcg hormone to be detected. If it is negative, then you should go to the doctor as it could be alot of things.... If you are positive, and you are in such "pain" then something is not going right.. Good Luck...

You may want to take a pregnancy test. You can get cramps if you are pregnant, but most of the time they are not to bad when it comes to pain. You should definitely get checked out though for the sake of you and maybe your future baby..

I had cramps for a long time, I was late starting, and I found out I was pregnant. Its not supposed to be normal to have that kind of cramping, but there was nothing wrong with me or the baby. Probably just my body trippin out about the baby being there. Eventually, the cramps stopped and all was normal. Good luck

Yes, my wife thought she had intestinal flue the first and second time, because she had cramps so bad. Your body is changing and it has to "make room" for this and that and all kinds of things happen in a womans body during this period of making children.
I wish you well..
