Nine years later and still no answer to this question. Not even a Wikipedia entry. Today is 31 July 2015 and now I'm asking this same question. I've found one instance of this individual and that's due to seeking information on Forest Glen Durland as a website webmaster who seems to specialize in pointing out communist/socialist/fascist agenda in the United States, apparently within the Democratic Party. [1]
My motivation to do a little digging came from Chris Matthews having asked DNC Chair, Debbie Wassermann Schultz, "What's the difference between a Democrat and a Socialist"? Oddly enough, she couldn't answer that question and instead twice deflected it. That one should open some eyes!
