I am spending the summer with a 12 year old girl and a 13 year old boy... what are good things to do around the house that will keep them entertained... or what is a good site to get ideas from?
We have already gone to the pool a lot and i dont want them sitting around watching tv all day... help! :)

i cant drive anyone for another couple of weeks so our best alternative is something at home or a bikeride away... also, they are not my kids. My sister is best friends with the boy. We are friends with their family. :)

Are you near the beach? Build sand castles. Do you have transportation? Find some good museums to go to - ones that have interative displays. Go on line and search for things to do in your city.

go on a vacation with your family to florida for a couple days

cooking! make cakes, cookies, salads, smoothies, and anything fun. u can get readymade cakes and decorate them. + cooking is ok for both genders and in that way u won't be biased to one of them (not like handcrafts and car racing)

go to the zoo. amusement park if you have one near by. water park if you have one. take them shopping
