yeah he is! first he is the legend killer. he kills one legend sfter the another.. and right now i say he is a legend at the age of 26, after all his achievements. he's the youngest world champ ever! he's been a part of one of the biggest stables of all time: evolution. in those time he holds the intercontinebtal champ for a the logest time in years...he challenge a man no one dare to challenge before the undertaker and been in a heel of a feud with the deadman... he is the only survivor fpr his team at survivor series for 3 years in a row. he is said to be the future of wwe...
ok... what is not best in that?
he is one and may be the very best..after all he's only 26.. and not even at his best yet!

Yes he is the best wwe performer and the best athlete in the wwe besides John Cena.

yes because hes the youngest word champion of all time and hes been with 2 of the best in this business the game triple h and ric flair. he's also had a brutal helllacious and maybe one of the most insane matches in the wwe with mick foley for the intercontinental championship.

If he can keep himself healthy enough to preform then he very well might be the best ever someday. But he has a long way to go but he is on the right track and has the talent.

Yes RKO is the best and the greatest I like him too much
he is the one that always stand up in my mind. I watch all his
matches and it's all amazing believe it or not i never seen any
superstar like before he is really great.
