Seriously...If the guy YOU hired was on the phone in his office, that you own, of the company that you own, and pay for, was gettin' "mouth hugs" while on the clock with a major cutomer of yours on the phone and you had several other ladies come to you complaing of sexual harrassment and stating the same thing...would you let him go even if you really liked him and he did a good job?

Sorry for the innuendos I was trying to be gentle.

Why is it that libs always state the job Clinton did as a reason to keep him? Wouldn't this classify as doing a bad job while on the clock?

I think everyone missed the point. I am comparing this to Bill Clinton in the oval office working for us (the U.S.). Do you all feel the same comparing it to Pres. Clinton?

Hire someone else this week, even if you have to go out of the office to conduct interviews, background checks, etc.
When this guy come in on Monday to work, have a 5 minutes meeting with him explaining the situation in a calm but very compelling way. Don't leave out the potential sexual harassment lawsuit part, and give him 2 hours to pack up his stuff and move out. You will have already made sure you have cleaned everything out of his office that you don't want him to steal.
If you feel unsure about this strategy, get a hidden video camera installed in his office ant the the "goods" on him.
It is not necessary to explain the details to your employees, except perhaps your upper level management.

He'd be gone under sexual harassment if I could prove it. Unfortunately, it's really hard to fire an employee no matter how deserved it may be.

Keep him around and be ready for a sexual harrassment suit to be filed against you.
