2 peice defintaly but if you have a little pooch then get a one peice... black mainly... it will make you look shaped.

dont get a 2 peice with the tiny tiny bottoms or top.
a sensable two peice will make anyone look great even the people who want to show alot more trust me your attracting people with all the wrong reasons

Its according to your size and shape.If you have no trouble areas a 2piece is acceptable.Also they have a wide variety of 2pc.swimsuits for people with areas of their body that are trouble spots.Any catalog that offers swimwear will tell you what type is best for you.I think a 1pc is more for the heavy set people or the ones who just dont feel comfy in a 2pc.

depends on what u wanna do and what yu look like :
Nice body/ in shape // tanning = then 2 piece
Nice body / in shape / beach = tankini because the waves hurt your stomach
Not fit = one piece
